When it comes to kids' parties, safety is everyone's priority. Please review the terms and conditions of hiring an Earth-Friendly Party Kit. In summary, you will be asked to:
(1) Assume full responsibility for the safe use of the kit from receipt until return;
(2) upon receipt, inspect and confirm that all items are in good condition, and if any items break during the event, promptly remove them to avoid injury;
(3) in the event of damage, any repair or replacement costs will be deducted from your deposit.

Terms and Conditions for Hiring Earth Friendly Party Kits

Safe Use & Responsibility:

Some items in the kit (e.g., banners) may be potentially dangerous for kids if not handled properly.

The person hiring the kit (the “Hirer”) accepts full responsibility for the safe use of all items from the moment of receipt until the kit is returned.

Inspection on Receipt:

Upon receiving the kit, the Hirer must inspect all items to confirm they are in good condition.

The Hirer must immediately report any missing or damaged items.

During the Event:

If any item becomes broken during the party, it is the Hirer’s duty to remove the damaged item promptly to prevent any risk of injury.

Damage and Deposit:

The Hirer agrees that any damage to kit items will be covered by the deposit ($50) provided at the time of hire. The deposit will be used to cover repair or replacement costs as needed, with any excess being refunded upon return of the kit in good condition.
